OHMI Pima County was created on January 1, 2014 by the Institute Ecology and Environment and the Institute of Human and Social Sciences of the CNRS.
Pima County Man-Environment Observatory
The Pima County International Man-Environment Observatory was created on January 1st, 2014 by the French Institute of Ecology and Environment and the Institute of Human and Social Sciences of the CNRS. As with all Observatories, its mission is to structure and organise scientific research around a specific environment that is impacted by a major disrupting event causing strong environmental and socio-economic consequences.
